Ona Hotels Mosaic

Good hotel, good location. Bare minimum of furniture, a bit of pain when you don't know where to put your clothes. Reception is ok, not bad but not helpful with queries. Overall is good but would not stay next time.

Lovely little hotel, rooms are tiny and you can see through into the shower. Balcony is a nice touch. Bed is too hard to sleep on we really struggled. Overall, friendly staff and clean throughout, really enjoyed our stay here

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms with terraces are in the rear of the hotel and are larger and quieter but the view is definitely not as wonderful as the rooms with the balconies. We were given an upgrade to a balcony room because our room was missed for cleaning (we really didn’t complain, just needed need new towels). Greatly appreciated for the view! The hotel is in a great location and within walking distance to many of the local sights. Bus transfer to the airport just a few blocks away.

The toilet door was not there at all. The lady from reception said it's a surprise. There seemed to be no rooms to replace ours. Not sure if this e door was actually there before or not.

Great location, very close to two metro stations. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in a good location with Casa Mila and Casa Battlo just a short walk. The room is comfortable and the balcony is nice. I would stay here again!
