The Cottage Guest House - Gigiri

Staff was very helpful and the location was great for business at the US Embassy in Nairobi.

Only problem was that breakfast was not ready most days at 6:30am as promised. Which was only a problem due to morning meetings & appointments that left only a small window for breakfast. Otherwise the property was good and the staff very friendly and helpful.

The staff went out of their way to make stay enjoyable. The room was clean, the environment was safe, green and relaxing.

The staff were super friendly and made it easy to enjoy my time in Nairobi

It was a very bad experience. I arrived at 10:00 p.pm. and I was told than the the junior suite I booked was not avaliable and no possible changes of room in the hotel because it was fooly booked. They moved me to other hotel with a worst room, the shower was broken, not water, not hor water. I will as my bank to as for reimbursment of the mony I paid though your web page.

Paid for three people. Given first night for two person charged for extra person. On second night we had to pay for third person Told if we do not like it we should leave.

This place has been better before. The room had a good size but there were plenty of mosquitoes in the room which made it impossible to sleep. staff in the hotel is friendly Breakfast could be improved, could still be simple but improved.

The Cottage suited my needs for a quiet, safe place to stay within walking distance of the UN in Gigiri. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again

Staff molto accogliente e attento ai clienti. Condizioni generali delle camere buone anche se alcune mancano di manutenzione, sopratutto il sistema elettrico nei bagni. Posizione buona.

Très bien situé. Très propre. Bon accueil. Bon lit. Bon petit déjeuner
