Decent staycation

Free upgrade to seaview room, room is larger than expected and in very clean and new condition. Paid for the breakfast too but food quality is a bit underwhelming so a point to improve in the future.

Bad Service and NOT recommend others to stay!

Booked 3 nights (Jan 13 - 16) for a celebration and stated to the hotel. It is a small gift with voucher and candies. Unfortunately, the voucher expired date is already expired and my mom is wondering are the candies already put it for long time. Basically the gift is rubbish. In addition, the waitress was rude and unprofessional at The Farmhouse. Impolitely asked us why we changed the table and sat there. It was totally unacceptable!!!

Hotel is good, clean and tidy. Location is near the shopping mall. It’s quite convenient for dining and buying something from the supermarket. But the staff was not helpful.

Shortened stay by the hotel for 3 hours

The check-in time was supposed to be 3pm, but the hotel told me that the room was not ready when I tried to check-in at 3pm and asked me to wait for around 1.5 hours for the room to be ready. I told the concierge that the check-in time was supposed to be 3pm, but the staff just repeated the same message communicated already and apologised. I asked the concierge if there’s anything other than an apology. The staff offered a welcome drink and asked me to wait for the room. The staff told me that an email would be sent to me when the room was ready, but that email never appeared. After waiting for almost two hours, I visited the concierge again to check if the room would be ready, and I finally got the room key, so I finally checked-in at around 5pm. The staff also told me the check-out time should be 11am. I told the staff that the check-out time should be 12 noon when I booked, the staff replied that though the check-out time was 12 noon when I booked, the check-out time would be 11am because the hotel was full. Besides, the hotel called the room at 10pm to ask if my email address would be one, to which I replied no, then the hotel tried another email address which I confirmed. Overall, the hardware of the hotel is good, but the check-in and check-out experience, and the hospitality of its staff should be greatly improved.

Not worth with Lounge Access

I have booked a room Harbour View with Lounge Access, the room is ok but a very tiny bathroom, nice view. The Lounge is the worst one I ever been other hotels in the world, not many choice of drinks, snacks for the afternoon tea time, cocktail session need to make reservation but food are bad. Overall the lounge access is not worth for the price.
