Euphoria Resort - All Inclusive

The hotel was modern and clean with exceptional grounds. The staff was very pleasant, and I especially liked the fresh juice bar by the pool and the hotel had planned kids events.

Great experience I will recommend this hotel for family holidays. Even was an all inclusive hotel you feel a luxury atmosphere with very good quality and tasty food.

My stay was great minus a few minor things. Our room wasn’t ready on time. When they took us to our room the lamp next to the bed still needed to be fixed. We had to wait for maintenance to come. Also they brought us the wrong suitcase to our room. They eventually found ours and brought it right away. The staff is really friendly and I see they are working hard. We checked in on a Tuesday and checked out on a Friday. They should have more waiters during breakfast. We finished our breakfast and were still waiting for coffee. When I flag down our waitress she brought them right away but my coffee had a hair in it and she had to come back with a new cappuccino. We had a massage at the spa which was amazing and dinner at the Chiefs grill was great. One time they got my order wrong. I ordered a medium steak but it came out medium rare. They were quick in bringing me a new one. Room service did leave a dirty rag after cleaning on the couch next to my clothes. That was a little upsetting. The AC kept shutting off in the middle of the night. We would wake up sweating and had to set the thermostat back down. Besides this the staff at the pool bar were great. I believe one of the ladies name was Christine and she made sure we were having a great time and our drink would come out at a decent time. One last thing,we had ordered a breakfast basket to pick up in the morning to take with us. It ended up not being ready and we had to leave for our tour. We just got a lot of “I’m sorry”.

Très belles vacances Bel établissement, bonne qualité de buffet et le plus c est une très belle et grande piscine avec des espaces séparés pour ceux qui veulent du calme. Les mesures sanitaires sont respectées ce qui est rassurant. Plus de choix dans les desserts serait le bienvenu car même si le COVID restreint il pourrait y avoir des yaourght ou des parts de gâteaux.

Persönliche Betreuung vom Empfang, im Restaurant bis zur Abreise — sehr professionell. Hoch modern eingerichtet, lässt keine Wünsche offen. Tolle Anlage mit Wasserpark, diverse Pools, spa, sportangebote und trotzdem dezent und unaufdringlich.

Séjour de 11 jours dans cet hôtel avec un bébé de 1 an. - Hôtel magnifique et - Propreté exceptionnelle dans les parties communes - Kids club très bien pour les enfants, même les bébés qui disposent d'un espace à l'étage à part dans lequel les parents peuvent rester et jouer avec leur enfant (large variété de jouets etc et personnel très sympathique) - Toboggans et structure pour enfants vraiment super à part un point très négatif pour nous : absence d'ombre au niveau de la pataugeoire pour bébés ce que je ne comprends absolument pas car l'ensoleillement est maximal et il n'y a rien pour protéger bébé du soleil s'il va dans l'eau. De même, chauffer la pataugeoire pour bébé me semble indispensable car ils sont trop petits pour supporter une eau si fraiche. - Chambre très moderne et bien équipée, dommage pour l'absence de baignoire dans les chambres avec balcon vue partielle mer mais le personnel nous a fourni une petite baignoire pour notre fils. - Nourriture excellente mais gros manque de variété au niveau du buffet international, surtout si l'on ne mange pas de poisson. Le resto grec nous a un peu déçu au niveau du manque de choix mais bonne ambiance. - Personnel très compétent au niveau de la réception (immense merci à Melinda qui est très professionnelle et très gentille). - Ménage dans les chambres peut s'améliorer (pas de réassort des produits, tout n'était pas toujours nettoyé correctement)

Hôtel neuf, chambre moderne, personnel sympathique et attentionné, piscine adaptée aux enfants en bas âge, jeux d'eau (toboggans, etc.), salle de jeux pour les tout-petits : excellent séjour passé dans cet hotel.
