Tru by Hilton Cedar Rapids Westdale

I have used this hotel 3 times now. The service is excellent and the rooms are almost always great. No major issues. I have an eye for detail in rooms so Im especially picky. Over all a great stay. Worthwhile accommodations and excellent staff. Its definitely my first choice when in cedar rapids

We just needed a place to rest for the night. Clean room at a reasonable rate. That is exactly what we got. Very friendly staff and offerings.

No issues, property is relatively new and still in great condition. I will definitely be a repeat visitor to this property.

Very clean, modern and eco friendly. It was quiet most the time.

The staff was super friendly and helpful from the minute you walked into the door. They were accommodating with checking in and out around the sporting events we were in town for kids to compete in. You are still able to get a good breakfast even in the midst of covid. Would highly recommend staying with them!

Clean, comfortable, modern room. Pleasant stay with cold buffet breakfast (better than others) nice variety of breakfast items. We would definitely stay again. Soap, shampoo, and lotion dispensers in shower and at sink were nice. Shower clean and pleasant.

At the front desk the employee wasn’t wearing a mask. The guests in the lobby weren’t asked to wear masks. My shower head didn’t work properly. The blinds in my room didn’t go up or down. The guest on the other side of the joining doors blasted the tv all night and at 4am was on his trucker radio. I usually try to stay at Hilton’s and I will never stay at a tru again.

Justin and all the staff was very accommodating, would stay again.

I would recommend staying here. The hotel was very clean. The hotel staff was very pleasant and friendly.

Great hotel, very modern look and feel. Bathrooms were nice a big.
