We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn. The staff were friendly and helpful; nice breakfast available daily and our room was clean and modern. We would definitely be back and would highly recommend to others!!

It was clean and I felt totally safe. The staff was nice. Every single person!! There was one young man in particular, he worked evenings. I can't remember his name. But I told him he had amazing hair (it was beautiful). Anyway, super personable with every guest he helped. That kind of service is greatly appreciated. He directed us to who to call for food delivery when we were just too tired to go out. I saw him be a problem solver for another guest as well. The staff just seemed to care. We spent lots of time just being in our room inbetween ball games ( we were in town for a tournament) because it was just perfect. I will follow this chain wherever our adventures take us! Thank you so much!

I’d like to take a moment to highly commend the incredible staff, service and all-around hotel Residence Inn Fort Laduerdale Pompano Beach. From the onset of the seamless check in with the wonderful Saida, beautiful spacious and clean rooms, and all amenities we have been VERY IMPRESSED! This is without a doubt one of the best options we found and worth every penny! I’d like to take a moment to acknowledge how wonderful all the staff have been with our two-year-old and how comfortable he is here on his first vacation! The amenity of having available cribs, spacious room, the beautiful gym, laundry and pool have all been so enjoyable! Your hotel put me at ease from the minute I checked in! A special note to acknowledge the amazing Saida as she is so sweet, has been willing to help and has been very wonderful! You have a real gem greeting guests as they come in! Overall an excellent choice and incredible stay! 10/10

A Good and Pleasant Stay

Pleasant. Stayed here for a 6 day work trip. Was a bit frustrated that the pictures online showed a bath tub but my room had a shower only. (I was in the studio, king bed). When asked about this, the front desk said it had to be requested, which I’ve never heard before and I travel a lot. She didn’t offer to switch my room or anything. One night I stayed and the parking lot was completely full, I had to park next door and walk over. Luckily it wasn’t difficult, just inconvenient. The room was nice and spacious, good working appliances and complete dish set. Bed comfortable. Water hot. Has black out curtains. Beautiful view of the lake and the pool from my room. Gym was also great and had a pelaton bike which was enjoyable to use. Breakfast and coffee were good. Would stay here again.
