Holiday Inn Express Fort Walton Beach Central

Newer clean hotel with hot breakfast via server for covid. Close to alot of good restaurants. One way crossovers if coming from the west a little tricky in the dark.

Hotel and staff were great. Breakfast was lacking due to COVID. You would think that after a year companies, not just Holiday inn express, would have adjusted to dealing with COVID and stop using it as an excuse.

The stay was amazing. The hotel staff were very understanding and extremely helpful.

The check in process was a little confusing but we got it figured out. ***The hotel charges $50 per room, per night*** The area seemed safe enough and close to all of our needs. The hotel was very clean and updated. Most of the staff was pretty friendly but the breakfast attenent was the BEST! They had a very strick towel exchange policy and refused to give me more towels until I brought the other ones back down to the front desk. Overall we had a great stay and I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Nice location off of Highway 98 in Fort Walton Beach, FL.

The room was ok someone kept slamming doors which made it hard to sleep. We were not told about having to have a deposit when we checked in of $100 on top of our regular room rate so that was inconvenient and put us in a bind since we had budgeted our trip. The free breakfast wasn’t really breakfast at all a banana, a muffin, and some egg thing on a plate. Couldn’t get extra towels for the room without turning in the other towels so we had to ration the towels and not use anything extra. Just not the trip we had wanted for our weekend. We won’t do this again

Check in was fast and courteous, entire building was spotless, room was great, bed was a little soft for me but my grandson loved it. One thing that impressed me was that staff were neat, well groomed and spotless uniforms. I will stay there again.

The hotel is 5 min. from the beach. The weather was nice, the hotel attendant was kind, and the room was immaculate. I will definitely stay thete again.

Friendly staff, room and common areas were very clean, staff followed COVID-19 procedures, kids loved the pool area. Convenient location.
