Surfrider Resort Hotel

My rooms AC was very loud room 206, i did not sleep well. the socket for which you put your card in for electricity kept getting loose and i had to get out of the shower in the dark and fix it. Not very safe. the bed was very nice and comfortable though

Good Spot

Free onsite parking, very comfy bed, AC, fridge and microwave. Little Balcony with Ocean view and restaurant was good. Nice Hotel

The location is very convenient for a day at the beach, there is also a restaurant which makes it even more beautiful to have dinner with the sunset and someone you love! The room was clean and things needed were provided, there was an available ice machine but I recommend placing an ice bucket in the room for customers who may need to get ice! Other than that the service and overall hotel environment was exemplary! Thank you for your service!

Well-furnished, well-maintained, and clean. Comfortable and with fast wifi. The location allows for a quick drive to the airport. If I were looking for a resort on the beach or on a golf-course, I'd choose a more scenic location. For business travel, this seems to me to be a good choice.

This is a great spot for business travelers. For tourists, there is no pool, but hey, the ocean is right there over at the restaurant. You need a car to get around from this location as it is not in the heart of the tourist district. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The only downside was the staff forgot my wake up call./

The Surfrider is known for their closeness to the beach, BUT what makes this hotel special is the staff. From the front desk, to the Custodian Manager, which checks your room and knows your name.. This is the perfect property. Even though it is not right in the tourist attraction area, its just a minutes drive. This hotel is more than accommodating, they are a “family” away from home. I have stayed here my last 3 visits to Saipan and would not dream of staying any where else. The new side of the hotel opened and I had the pleasure to stay on the 3rd floor. The new fitness room, vending machines, free coffee, free laundry room are amenities but the SERVICE is the best amenity. You have a problem, ask once, it is solved without hesitation. The guests’ needs come first and I pride myself in writing this review as the Surfrider hotel is my “Ohana.” Mahalo to each staff member, custodial worker, security guard for always making my stay feel like I am at home!!
