Friendly staff, good service, garden, delicious breakfast, very near from airport.

Just had a layover. Was easy and quick to get there from the airport by tuktuk. the hotel is nice, especially the pool, but there didn't seem to be much around the hotel.

Comfortable rooms, clean, spacious, with nice balcony though overlooking nothing special. We chose it to be closer to airport, and it was a quick tuk tuk ride in morning. Really nice pool but I wish they would stop people from openly smoking there. Smoking = pollution

This is a lovely little hotel about 20 minutes by tuk-tuk from Phnom Penh airport. The rooms are a bit small but the beds are very comfortable with high-quality bedding and pillows. I've stayed here 3 different times and will go back again. The only complaint I have is at breakfast when there are many guests, the staff have a hard time keeping the food stocked, so coffee and some of the food options run out and it takes time for refills to arrive. But there's a lovely pool to swim at the end of a long day of work. I recommend this hotel if you need to stay close to the airport.

In a bit of a run down neighborhood. Room was clean with a comfortable bed. Lots of mosquitoes around the property

My stay here was very good. The hotel staff was very nice and courteous. Large rooms and great breakfast.

The pool was great and the hotel is very aesthetically pleasing. The staff were all SO helpful and friendly. Convenient location near the airport. Cons were that website advertised a rooftop jacuzzi and sauna but this was still under construction. And the doors to the balcony did not close completely so mosquitoes were able to get in the room.

We stayed for just an overnight stay before an early flight out. We arrived in the dark and left in the dark so don't have much to review except that it fit our needs. The short interaction with the staff was pleasant. They arranged a shuttle for us to the airport so that was helpful.

It was perfect for us, close to the airport, clean, friendly.

A little oasis in the middle of Phnom Penh! Close proximity to airport, great facilities and excellent service.
