Bahia Principe Fantasia Tenerife - All Inclusive

Such a great hotel. We stayed for 3 days over Christmas. We booked a swim-up room. The room was huge and luxurious and the pool heated with incredible sea views. The range and quality if food was amazing. There was something for everyone, including loads of options for my vegetarian partner. Lovely service too. There was also a great Christmas gala dinner and a brilliant and entertaining show in the theatre. We will certainly stay again when we are on this island. Highly recommended.

Amazing place for families!

Such a great stay with my family! Endless fun for kids and parents for our 6-day stay. Amazing shows every night, heated pools, great kids club, good organisation during Covid times, can't ask for more. One of the hotels my daughter has enjoyed the most.

Never a 5*

Reception was very good, rooms were clean and comfortable, very much like famous sweedish furniture store. Food was average and more or less the same every day apart from the run up to christmas and crhistmas day which the choice got even less and you had to que to be served , bit like school dinners but not as good. Hotel is good for young familys but never a five star

We managed to book a last minute half term holiday here amidst COVID-19 craziness and we're glad we did. The hotel did a great job of enforcing social distancing and other rules without making anyone feel restricted. The rooms and common areas were kept very clean and there were hand sanitizer stations absolutely everywhere - including in the lifts! Pandemic aside, the hotel is very family friendly. We visited with our 3 year old and 15 month old and they had a blast - the pictures on the website do not do the baby and children's pools justice. And the Kids Club in was excellent - wonderful staff who led great activities. Sadly the arcade wasn't open while we were there but we still managed to have a great time. Excellent gym facilities. We thought the food was really good, especially at the buffet. Lots of options, good wine and beer, and friendly staff. The only negative that is worth noting is that the flooring around the pools is incredibly slippery. Even with sandals on, I slipped a few.times and both of my kids had bad slips where they hit their heads on the tiling pretty hard. Apparently it happens all the time! I would recommend getting some water shoes with grips in the bottom to walk around the pools. Other than that, we had a great time and will definitely return.

Steps are very steep in all areas. No coffee making facilities in room although this was advised. Due to Covid 19 no entertainment hor children after 6pm. Kids disco was at 6pm in the swimming pool which was 1.4 metres deep and most children could not stand up in it!! Shows were fully booked due to limited access which was very disappointing. It would have been better to have no shows on instead of having a few happy children and a lot of disappointed children who missed the show! The

It was ok. I have a 2 year old and there was not a play ground for her so I think that is missin. The food was ok but not great. My older kids could it ikea food. We goot raw chicken at the stake hous and the staff did not care. The pool area is verry nice and the gym is good.The staff should speak better english.

Lovely resort, very family orientated. If travelling without kids would recommend the swim up rooms as are adult only and away from the livlier spots and close to adults only infinity pool and bar.
