Just wow. I’ve always loved to come by and visit the hotel for the day but finally decided to treat myself to a little staycation and it was everything and more. They even upgraded me to a 1 bedroom residence overlooking the lagoon pool. The food, cocktails, service and amenities were all perfect. Will absolutely recommend and be back!

Not my first choice.

For the price I paid, the room was basic. There is an overpowering scent that is quite sickening. The kettle didn’t work so I had to get it replaced. There was no milk for the coffee, the coffee machine wasn’t working properly. The AC also was faulty. The room isn’t soundproof and I could hear other guests walking around/talking. Food was average. The only good thing was how fast they checked me in because I had a call to join. Other than that, it’s way overpriced for what you get.

not worth the price

not worth the money. shower are in main bathroom stinks and they didnt use water bottle, instead they used refill water, not a safe way specially during pandemic.

Was ok!

My husband & I stayed here for our 2nd wedding anniversary. It was nice, but for $700 a night I was definitely expecting bottled water and not filtered water. I got really sick and the doctor had to come out to give me the IV. I also waited over 45 min for my breakfast order which never arrived so eventually we just left, and the same thing happened to our lunch order by the pool which we waited 1 hour for and still nothing came so we eventually cancelled the order and went to eat else where. I was expecting better service, and to be honest the beds were really uncomfortable too. But it is a nice place to stay with good location. I preferred the W Hotel in Seminyak.

Beautiful, clean and modern hotel located near Echo Beach. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection. The lagoon pool was nice and quiet. It was a great base to explore the area and I would definitely return.

We booked in for a group of 7 and the hotel was very helpful in arranging a last minute addition of extra guest. We changed one of the twin share rooms to a 1 bedroom residence. The 1 bedroom residence became our main room where all of us can gather and hang out. The staff was very friendly and helpful and definitely the stars of COMO. Particular commendation to Ulan and her team at the Como Beach Club. We were greeted by their generous smiles every morning at breakfast. The gym was also one of the best we've seen in a hotel and it's fully equipped with all the equipment catered for every seasoned gym rat. Last but not least the Como Beach Club pool impressed us with its beautiful view of the ocean and its abundance of deck chairs and daybeds. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking to totally chillout and relax, away from the hustle and bustle of seminyak. However the local transport restriction on Ride hailing services such as Gojek and Grab makes getting around canngu a little more difficult. Canggu is definitely an interesting and laid back area with lots of great food and worth the visit.

COMO Amu is extraordinay, the gardens are stunning, the Lagoon Pool is beautiful and so relaxing to chill there, the Beach Club and hanging chair area and day bed chill out zone is to die for, the staff really make this property a stand out, they are bending over backwards literally to help you be relaxed and enjoy every moment...even the shared public area toilets & showers are amazing, the staff make this property a 5 star ... possibly 6 star. The resort has so many attributes, too many to list here but the website says it all. The photos of the property are realistic and they are not "touched up" and what you see and definitely what you get. The food from The Beach Club was impeccable. The whole experience was impeccable. We will definitely go back to this resort or any of the COMO resorts, they are well appointed, attention to detail surpassed our expectations... it is very pricey but it was well worth the money.

Loved Como Umu!!

Had an amazing time at Como, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms and building spotless, they have a gym and yoga and pilates classes as well as an AWESOME view from the beach club where we had breakfast every morning. Highly recommend!

Cannot reccomend The Como enough. Had a wonderful stay here. The rooms are lovely, gym very well equipped with great morning fitness classes. The 2 pools are large and well maintained while facing different directions so great for all day sun and watching the sunset over the beach. The staff were so friendly & accomodating. It was a quick walk down the beach to the main strip of Canggu and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. The hotel had a very relaxed luxury vibe. I will be back.
