Holes in the sheets. Bathroom supplies used, flies in the bedroom, hair on the bed, bad smell. I do not recommend this place.

It’s just a block from the Dragon Gate, has shopping and dining within a block. Easy to access and staff were very nice and welcomed back my name at front desk.

The front was very nice and accommodating but when I got to the room it’s a need (room210). Absolutely nothing at all. No towels... no toiletries, nothing as in...then I went back to the front desk and I told her about the room she’s so apologetic and she gave me room 310 which is ok. You have to struggle a lot going out to lock your room door seems so unsecured

The hotel and room weren’t so bad. They just need to work on their service. It’s horrible and not profesional at all and very unhelpful!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Ikon the staff is friendly I love the laundry facilities it's a great location

The room was quiet like I love. Comfortable and clean. Great tub and bathroom. I had a problem when I went to the kitchen room for hot water when I attempted to unlock the bottom part of the room lock (same key fir upper and lower) the door knob twirled quite a bit and I thought Horror I’m locked out of my room I hadn’t brought my phone or wallet etc. The reason I oaniced a little the lobby closes at night and I didn’t have Lisa’s phone number the prop. Mgr to contact. Anyway some hoe I was determined and felt to open it. It was unbelievable how that knob just slipped and I guess wouldn’t grab hold of the lock and key. I was lucky would of had to spend the night outside. Couldn’t wait in the lobby no phone.

It served a purpose. COVID precautions are definitely in place, but the service was strange. She escorted us to the room which quite frankly was a little odd, as if to inspect the room. The bed looked “sat” on.

The best part of our stay was the price! Nice to stay in the city for under $100. The room was clean and came with a small fridge. The bed was a full, not a queen, but we managed.
