The Abidah by Accra - Adults Only

My recent visit to Barbados brought me to the Abidah Accra. Since we are still battling COVID, I was required to quarantine for 5 days. The things that made that confinement bearable were the comfort of my accommodations and the exceptional service and hospitality of the Abidah Accra staff. I honestly cannot say enough about how pleasant and thoughtful they all were from the house hosts Troy and Gregory who were incredibly patient with my twice-daily temperature checks that they facilitated. No matter what I requested, they were professional and considerate. The housekeeping staff was extremely responsive; even though they could not enter my space during quarantine, they ensured I received clean linens and supplies to keep my space comfortable. The hotel manager helped me arrange a special going away meal that was absolutely exquisite in both the flavor and the presentation. I cannot say enough about the delicious cuisine their chef and bar manager are top-notch. The only complaint I have is that my first room had a hot tun=b that I could not use due to the ash in the air and my non-quarantine room had a temperature malfunction on that hot tub, so I only got one use out of it, but it was a great experience. I wish I could have used it on subsequent days. The view was impeccable, and I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone traveling to the island.

They ageed to cancel remaining of my booking from 4/9/21-4/13/21 and notify cheap tickets as their website loaded errors. Due to an emergency in the family ended my trip after just 1 nite stay on 4/8/2021

The people are amazing! The staff is so caring and kind and helpful to everyone! This has been the most exciting and loving and beautiful trip ever and I traveled the world over and then to Barbados many times. Earl is fantastic as is Nathan as is everyone there! From check in arriving at the property all staff members were helpful courteous and professional. Lunch wasn’t being served at the time we checked in but the front desk accommodated us with lunch. The food and drinks were excellent only issue is food is served at specific times it should be more options. The beach path also could be safer it’s down the block from the property but everything else is beautiful and amazing. The room is huge with a separate shower and toilet his and hers sinks and a jacuzzi on the balcony. Thank you Abidah

Great hotel! Excellent value.

Really nice, boutique hotel. Very close to the beach. Staff all very friendly. Food much better than I expected, good variety for an all-inclusive with only one restaurant. The only small downside for some might be the wait time at dinner. It didn’t bother me as I enjoy long dinners. But if you want to get in and out, I would suggest going to dinner early. Overall, a really great stay!

This property provided so many amenities that made one feel special. The hot tub facility on the room's balcony was a great touch. The hotel is overall very clean, great restaurant options at the sister hotel, beach chairs with umbrellas at the beach and the awesome bar/restaurant staff especially Earl and Cortez.

Beautiful, modern hotel with exceptional staff & food. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food was delicious with a nice variety. Staff provided amazing customer service and was very accommodating.
