Great stay, modern place, very clean. Very helpful with where to go to eat etc. 5mins walk from town. Cooked Breakfast was amazing all top quality produce.

We ended up having an unexpected extra day during our trip and had to find some place that day to stay for the night, we found the Culliss House and it was probably the best place e stayed during our trip. The owner is very nice and helpful. The location and the vibe inside your room almost makes it feel like you’re tucked away in a little cabin in the woods but you’re still very close to everything in the city center. The Inverness Castle is just a quick walk down the road, along with many restaurants. Very nice, clean rooms, great bed. Definitely will come back here next time we are in Inverness!

We stayed four nights while exploring Inverness and surrounding area. This is a very comfortable, quiet hotel, located within a few minutes easy walk from the city center. Breakfast was excellent; my wife ate porridge every morning, while I enjoyed the eggs and bacon. Parking on site was easy.

A lovely stay in Inverness from arrival to departure, Joan was the perfect host, attentive and efficient. All parts of the property were well decorated and sparkling clean. Breakfast was superb. Would definitely stay again if ever in the area. Thank you Joan
