Ramada by Wyndham Cedar Rapids

I didn't get to stay due to power outage and Expedia let me sleep on a park bench until I found a room on my own. Make sure you don't use Expedia for anything. You will be better served if you do it yourself as I ended up doing.

Everything was good. Right nothing to be changed.

Breakfast not free. Have to order. Very expensive. Waited 20 minutes for some one to show up at front desk to check us in.

It was amazing the hotel is awesome the staff was very friendly and helpful

No staff was wear a mask or respected social distance. I had to have my AC fixed 2x and it still didn't work and I could barely sleep because it was so hot. They wouldn't switch me to another room. The repair people I had to ask to go get masks on. The bed was so compressed and slanted on the right side you couldn't be on that half at all. It was my worse hotel experience I have had in decades.

Everything was good except for the one reason why I picked this Hotel for it's continental breakfast which they no longer have and now charge guest extra for it

I was told BEFORE BOOKING that there was a hot tub! After being sore all day from moving, i booked the room to look forward to relaxing in it... well there was no hot tub! VERY VERY let down by this! And the pool was TINY!!!!!

I paid for a double queen room, but was given a 2 double room. I spoke to the front desk twice about it, but they swore up and down those were queen beds. I paid $200.00 for 2 nights with tiny beds and the staff was not friendly at all.

There is only one exit and entrance to the hotel. The pool area has an outdoor patio but you have to walk around the hotel to the back side to get to it. Was a lot of walking.

Outdated rooms, but clean. Beds were very comfortable. Front Desk person could use work on customer service skills (ie. smile, converse and provide info on amenities, room location, check out policy).
