Had loud radios going In different rooms .called front desk and could not get in touch with anyone to make them turn the noise down . Won’t be staying here anymore

The room was not cleaned properly

Me and my girlfriend enjoyed our stay...as always!

The service was horrible, couldn't get a hold of anyone on the weekend & they weren't there the stated hours. Toilet wouldn't flush, couldn't get iron, and corporate never responded to my complaint email either during the week!!

First of all as we walk in the room had a funny smell. The bathroom doesn't have a vent. The pillows were ridiculous flat no pillow cases on them had brown stains on them n the sheets did too. The bed was horrible as well. Felt like we slept on the floor, i think the floor would if been better.

I couldnt rest they knocked on the door three times as i were there and they also called down to my room. Each time was a different person with a different question.

The stay / property is not actively managed. Outside of the issues i had (broken phone in room, air conditioning not working, no remote for television) there was no one available to assist in remediating. The front desk person is only there a few hours a hours per day. You are reduced to calling and leaving voicemail messages that are never returned. Even called the GM to no avail. I will not return to these properties. Property appears to be geared toward short term assignment. Not your casual or business traveler. I was able to bump into a maintenance person who stopped everything he was doing to fix problems after the second day. I would of cancelled the res

A very clean establishment. Staff were very polite. Rooms were very clean and spacious. They only charge $5 for pets, which I loved. I'll be staying here again.

My stay was amazing, peaceful, and pleasant.

Rooms are clean spacious and inviting great kitchenette. Front desk service needs improvement as far as availability 4/5 stars
