Incredible room in a grand building, lovely service and fabulously comfortable.

Amazing nice room very clean and big, comfortable and warm. Poor reception and welcome, did not realise it was a shared bathroom that was very busy, road noise, all in all very overpriced.

We had a very good stay, and the hotel is in an excellent position to visit the town centre.

Great location. Spacious room. Gorgeous bathroom. The camp bed was a little bit small for our 10-yr-old daughter.

The Torrington Hall hotel was an affordable place to stay overnight from picking our granddaughter up one day to taking her to see the Harry Potter studios the next. It was an elegant building with lovely Victorian rooms. The staff were wonderful and very helpful with arrival and baggage assistance. Being a Victorian building and built on a hill there were many steps outside to the entryway but being partially disabled they allowed us to park at the rear and enter through the back door. Once inside there was a grand staircase to climb but strong banisters on both sides to help. Unfortunately no lift and any visitors with disability should let the staff know before arrival and confirm where the entryway to the car park is. All in all a very pleasant stay and an excellent Italian restaurant just a shot walk up the hill.

Lovely building, very large room and close to everything. We were only in town for one night, and it was very convenient to be able to park, bring in all our bags to spread out and repack for the flight the next day, and be within easy walking distance of everything.
