Location Plus! - Everything At Your Doorstep

Stayed for a week over January. 4 adults and 2 little children. We really enjoyed the position of the unit being very close to the shops yet quite private! Walking distance for some to the beach, but an easy drive for others. The private gateway to the lane behind the shops was handy, though the lane is dirt and has unfortunately got stacked up rubbish bags in it (though Council said that will improve). The unit was quiet and only occasionally did you hear traffic noises. Unit is larger than you think and the bedrooms (3) are a good size. Kitchen was well equipped! The view is terrific! I would re-book this unit in a second, that's how good this stay was!

The place is very relaxing, and well furnished. It is also very close to the shops, and the beach. One of the issues we had was there was no internet at all during our stay. I rang the owner however she was unable to provide any solution. We were disappointed as we wanted to stream movies. Also, if you plan on making your own meals, there is absolutely no cooking supplies - no salt, pepper, cooking oil, or condiments. Sugar provided were in packets only (which are for coffee and tea only). No milk provided. It may be because there is a Coles within short waking distance. As per description, you have to bring all your linen including towels, bathmats, etc. Each room has its own heating. I would recommend this place to anyone who doesn't mind cleaning up after themselves, and make sure that the internet connection is running before you arrive.

Very professional

We have stayed here before and just love the place. It is a modern townhouse that has everything you need including a great view of the ocean. We love the location basically backing onto the main shopping strip and a 5 minute walk to the beach. We will be back.

Suzanne was a wonderful host. Great communication. Accommodation was excellent! Clean and so well equipped. Look forward to going back in warmer weather.

Modern, great beach décor, really comfy beds, garage is a great asset, proximity to main street and beach excellent, all facilities fantastic and easy to access the key and garage opener. Light and airy and the most beautiful sunset over the river and heads. The best location to reach golf courses on the Bellarine. Will be recommending it to friends and family. Thanks Suzanne for your clear communication, it is a lovely property!

Couldn't fault anything at all. Even had boogie boards.

Clean, comfortable and modern decor with lots of extras. This apartment has a great beach vibe.
