The hotel is clean and attractive with brite colors. The room design is perfect for multiple people who want their separated spaces and the kitchenette is such a wonderful bonus. We stayed during Covid times so breakfast was served in tiny binto boxes with limited options, which was totally different than the spread on my first visit. Also the pool was closed which was rather expected during these times.

Great location by the outlet mall. Nice, new motel-great place to stay.

Front desk clerk was amazing and room was great. They seemed a little short staffed. You can park down a level in the ramp, which saved me a lot of time clearing snow and ice off my vehicle. The only real issue I have is that I wish the staff was more assertive about telling guests in lobby that masks are required--I know it's hard, but it is so important.

Our desk clerks were amazing! Super friendly and made you feel like you were old friends!! Very accommodating. Rooms were super clean and quiet. Will stay there again.

Hotel itself was nice. Parking was next to hotel. Construction was going on next door but wasn't too bad. I didn't partake in the free breakfast so can't speak on that.

We had a King Suite. It is located perfect spot for outlet shopping. The refrigerator, microwave and kitchen made everything so easy for takeout meals thanks to COVID. The hotel also provided a nice box breakfast of bagels, eggs, cereal, and milk. Plenty of parking due to the proximity to the outlets. Room was just what we needed for our 3 night stay!

The perfect hotel for my trip. Clean, quiet, and fully equipped for a week’s stay. Having a kitchen for carry out meals and left overs was really nice. Very close to Target and other convenience stores for purchases like bottled water and snacks. The complimentary breakfast wasn’t great, but it was enough for a small appetite. The pre-packaged hard boiled eggs were not a welcomed addition. Aside from that I will definitely stay again, when visiting my family.

We're a family of six, so it's nice to stay at a place that allows six in one room. My kids liked the space a lot. Had an apartment sized fridge and microwave as well as a dishwasher. A curtain separated the two queen size beds from the couch which had a hide-a-bed. We stayed during COVID so breakfast consisted of cereal or microwaveable breakfast sandwiches, which were okay but not outstanding. The pool was available to one family at a time. You signed up for a time slot. Not too many people were using it so times were easily scheduled. The shuttle was not running. The hide-a-bed was comfy, which is a plus, but not firm, so not a great fit for the older bodies. One of the side tables was sticky, and the dishwasher had dirty dishes in it when we first got there. Overall, we were happy with the space and the overall cleanliness.
