Il Gattopardo

This hotel is extremely close to everything you would want to do in Florence! We loved being able to dip back into the room for a nap without having to walk too far or use any type of transport

When we arrived at this b&b we were told over the intercom to get a pen and paper ready so that we could write down the name of our new hotel as this one was overbooked. After complaining that I expected at the very least that we would talk to a person rather than an intercom we were told to wait and someone would come. Ten to twenty minutes later a woman appeared who started complaining that we could not be contacted. I had booked and paid for the room two months before and on looking on my email I found she had tried to contact us 11.30pm the night before. We were walked about two kilometres with luggage to a hotel close to the train station on the upper floors of a large building. We would have had no chance finding it ourselves. We were shown a small room with shared bathroom while the women complained that it cost her more than the money she had received from Expedia minus their commission. It was a backpacker type of room. For 70 euros of our money we were able to upgrade to a room with a bathroom. The breakfast was from cardboard boxes. An experience but not one I would like to repeat. Definitely not worth booking and paying two months in advance for.

Me gusto la limpieza, pero no hay personal en la entrada, ni hay nadie que te pueda apoyar con alguna duda o que pueda pedirte un taxi, en general no lo recomiendo Para turistas

Esta bien porque es barato y muy céntrico a 1 min de todo...pero por el precio no puedes pedir muchas más que una cama y que este todo a la mano

Posto molto carino, utile perché situato nel centro! Non era chiaro sul sito, ma abbiamo ricevuto una camera con un bagno condiviso con altre persone.

Bra boende men en lång och trång trappa upp till själva hotellet och vad jag kunde se fanns ingen hiss.

Zentrale Lage mitten in der Altstadt. Freundlicher Empfang, das Frühstück dürfe ein wenig umfangreicher sein

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist unschlagbar, man befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der Piazza della Signoria, dem Piazza della Republicca sowie der Santa Maria den Fiore.
