My stay at the Dreams Vista Cancun Hotel was wonderful, the food and the cafeteria were very tasty and a very pleasant atmosphere everywhere, very clean, the entertainers, and the different shows every day. Excellent service and attention

Looks can be deceiving - beware.

The hotel, although considered a newer property (less than two years old), is showing serious signs wear. The staff for the most is friendly and attentive with the exception of the check-in/front desk staff which lack the basic courtesy when dealing with guests. Beware of the "coupons' they offer you as they will be used purely as an enticement technique and they are not valid unless you spend a lot more money. Representatives from the hotel will lure you to attend a 90-minute meeting where they try to sell you a timeshare and will not rest until you sign on the dotted line (certainly not what i call a vacation). Furthermore, the food is sub-par at all restaurants and the service is slow (from the time you order until you are served minimum 45 minutes) and that is when the property is not full. The elevators were falling apart, the windows in the restaurants and the rooms were filthy and no one took the time to clean them. I even saw a mask on the floor that was left unattended for 2 days. The pool was very cold, the beach is very rocky and not well maintained. Conclusion: Expensive all inclusive, sub-par food, decent rooms, slow service, bad service from front desk staff. Spend your money on better properties in Cancun/Playa del Carmen.

The food was excellent! Very friendly staff. Would have loved a swim up bar and more outdoor lounging areas for in the evenings, before & after dinner.

I enjoyed my stay. Food was good, room service had the tortilla soup that was amazing!! I ordered it twice a day during my visit. It was spicy & cheesy, and was overall, was the highlight 😆 Bathroom: clean and the water pressure was great. I’ve been to resorts that had little to none I’d come back to this resort again.

The beach is terrible, lots of rocks and dead seaweed. Everything is an up sell, you’re always being offered things that cost more, in addition to your rate; such as wine and champagne while you sit on the beach. Family friendly, cleanly, quick room service. Not the quietest resort. You can hear people in the hall way, and moving around above you.
