Very friendly and cheerful front desk. Great location. There is even a Konzum (small grocery store) just up the road. The bar next door was noisy on Friday night, but they shut down around midnight and didn’t have music on Monday or Tuesday.

Lovely stay and beautifully decorated

The venue was easy to find. The host showed us to our room and parking. The room is beautiful. The only thing to be aware of is that the location can be a little noisy from the restaurants outside and neighbouring rooms. I feel for the convenience of being central this is something you expect.

Stayed here twice in one week, on either side of a trip to Plitvice. This time we really appreciated the location. There is a Konzum (grocery store) just up the block. Our boat tour left from just down the street and laundry (great place, excellent service and inexpensive) was just around the corner. You are also right next to the Old Town and Riva. According to a map we saw, the hotel is actually within the UNESCO area. They let us keep our luggage safe in their office the day we left. Room was incredibly clean and comfortable both times. A great deal for the price. Tip for Covid testing - short walk to the government department where it is only 150 kuna for a rapid antigen test. Vukovarska 46 - Teaching Public Health Institute of Split-Dalmatia County. Better to walk there as parking is crazy. No appointment needed and no line ups when we went.

The staff were friendly and considerate, always asking if we needed anything or recommendations. Helpful where needed. The room was lovely and the mini fridge was a nice touch so we could keep water and things in it.

Excellent location and staff

DEA, the representative of Riva Luxury apartments, was very helpful and accommodating. We needed a place to stash our luggage, restaurant recommendations and taxi to the airport at 0500. Dea, helped with all of those. Location is ideal, near the old town, ferry piers, and harbor. Very modern and large bathroom and beautiful bedroom. roomWould definitely stay there again.

The room was great, it has everything you need. Location is amazing right on the waterfront, walking distance to everything you need including the boats to the islands. Host was very helpful and friendly, recommended some great restaurants and a beautiful beach.

Amazing stay in Split.

Great hotel in a great location. Literally 2 Minutes away from the amazing old town. Hotel was incredibly clean and newly tasted decorated. No complaints what so ever. A*

The property is right on the harbour front at the end of the Riva very close to all amenities. Ideal position. It is up 4 flights of stairs but worth it when you reach the room.

It was okay, that’s all. Close to the harbour but our view was of a roof at the back of the building it was small with a fridge and kettle, two cups , no crockery or cutlery. Never felt completely safe at night climbing the staircase which was used by many people. For the same price we could have had a hotel at other end of harbour near small coves Photos shown were deceiving IMO
