Radisson Hotel Atlanta Airport

The check in process was fast and easy. The gentleman doing the check in was very pleasant and helpful. However, the linen was clean on the bed one of the pillowcases had makeup on it and the sheets were stained with hair on them as well. The gentleman gave me new sheets and pillowcases, which smelled clean but also had lots of hair all them. The shower also had hair in it. This hotel isn’t paying enough attention to detail with their cleaning during this pandemic as compared to other hotels in other cities.

I spent one night there because my flight got cancelled. The king-size bed and the pillows were very comfortable. The room was large and clean. The tub had hair in it (one of my pet peeves) but clean for the most part. Front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Phones were down due to weather. Didn't have to park since I used the airport shuttle. Overall I would recommend it.

Poor front desk gent was so slow and overwhelmed. We ate at the bar (all masked! Great!) while waiting to check in and still waited 20 more minutes after dinner. The am shuttle (free- but please do tip) was 15 min late and that can be huge at ATL. Overall- not great but the bed was nice.

This was my second stay at this hotel. Very nice hotel. Clean, clean, clean! Welcoming hotel staff. Quick and easy check in. Airport shuttle which I used with ease my last stay. Free parking. Quiet. Large rooms. Modern decor. Did I say clean? Bar and restaurant. Beautiful lobby. Don't guess on tgis one. Book it. You won't be disappointed.

I had a very great stay my room was beautiful the service was great I couldn't ask for anything better can't wait to use the hotel again

The room needs more lights and plug ins for phones, electronics. The bathroom sink needs more counter space. Also the key cards can deactivate if near your cell phone or debit cards. They do not tell you this until you have to go all the way back to the front desk.

Very clean hotel with a great staff. Room was comfortable and restaurant in the hotel was an added bonus. Only issue was having to deal with morons who thought that the hallway was their personal area to have conversations until 1 am, but that’s not on the hotel in any way. Would definitely stay there next time I’m in Atlanta.

Arrived at 3pm for checking in and they were having a shift change so had to wait till 3:25. Hotel was a mess broken peep hole, bathroom door handle, paint and other issues. Not a pleasant stay at all. Restaurant was nice with good service and food.

Customer service was great but room Didn’t have hot water but they move me into a different room.

Short stay but staff were very friendly, checkin was fast. Room was very nice. Great place! Would stay here again if flying again.
