The hotel is nice and has a very nice beach with breathtaking views. Front desk is very nice too especially front desk manager. The spa was great too and the Spa manager Manola Matina was very professional and got us a special treatment and was so nice and attentive to our needs . Overall it's a nice hotel with amazing brach but food needs to be improved , there is a large selection but it's not tasty ( I was told the food was great in 2019 but had changed ) So for that price you expect a higher quality of food. So it's best to eat at a restaurant at evening at Agios Nickolas. Also, for 5 star you expect some kids activities outside, etc.

The beach is lovely especially for children to play as it is in a little bay. The spa is wonderful! I had an amazing massage from Alex and had to go back. The rooms were cleaned everyday with fresh towels for the room and the beach. There are plenty of tavernas nearby to keep evenings interesting. If you’re looking for an easy beach/ pool holiday with kids and you are not worried by the little things then this is a good choice.

The hotel is amazing. It is modern and has everything you could wish for in a 5* hotel. The pool however is too cold and hence is quite empty most of the day. The private beach, which is accessed from the pool area, is fabulous. It is perfect for families with kids. The breakfast is exceptional with just about everything you could wish for. The rooms are a bit small/narrow but well designed and the balcony is also a bit on the small side with a small table and two upright chairs on it. The pull out airer is a great idea on the balcony for drying swimwear on. The room service was somewhat lacking with our room not being cleaned or serviced for 2 out of our 7 night stay. I couldn’t work out why this happened and after the first time the hotel left us fruit and wine in our room the following day. However it happened again on our last full day with having to get clean towels sent up for us at 11.30pm despite having asked at reception twice for the room to be done. A big disappointment factor here. My sister and her husband’s room had the same problem, so not just us. Overall we had a great holiday and would definitely go back. Just get the room servicing in order next time please.

This is an excellent hotel overlooking a lovely bay with a sandy beach We had a seaview bungalow room which had stunning views The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is only a short taxi drive to the centre of Agios Nikolaos. We enjoyed a relaxing holiday here on our first visit to Crete

My room was dusty and the balcony dirty from wind born dirt. I had to ask for both to be cleaned. The corridor was not hovered once in 15 days.

Maria the front desk manager was fantastic. we were given a room that was not what was reserved and she immediately corrected it. she even gave complimentary desserts and fruit platter for the inconvenience and a later check out. the facilities were great- however the room had ants crawling everywhere and the private pools at the bungalows weren’t the cleanest.

This is not a 5 star hotel

A dated over priced hotel this should be categorized as a 3 star Extremely over priced for what it is the pictures are completely misleading is dated, with very basic rooms with cracked furniture and extremely over priced food in the restaurant
