Hometown Inn & Suites

This hotel was very clean. I was most impressed. Staff was welcoming and friendly in the morning. A very pleasant stay. Exceeded expectations

We checked in super late. the man at the desk wasn’t exactly rude but wasn’t friendly either. An they charge a $65 deposit on top of the room fee an it’s been a week an I have yet to get that credit back

Had a nice relaxing stay here at the Hotel and even decided to stay an extra day. The room was very clean, service was great and the bed was amazing and will be missed.

This hotel was a surprisingly nice place to stay. It was well maintained and the staff was pleasant and accomodating. I actually added one day to my stay here because it was such a pleasant and economical place to stay.

I’m not sure why Hometown Inn is rated 2 stars. It’s definitely a little higher than that. I suppose if it had a pool it would be 3 stars but who needs a pool anyway, pools suck. The owner of Hometown Inn obviously cares about his hotel and it reflects quite well! The owner here champions simplicity and creates comfort as a real home would have! This here should be a 3 star hotel!

The stay was good! The up keep of the hotel was good. The housekeeper was phenomenal, the only thing bad was some of the check in and out person can put a smile on there face. I guest it’s a family owned hotel and when I got ready to check out there was a older guy there and he didn’t say bye hi didn’t have a smile on his face. I had to ask for my cash deposit back. He wasn’t gonna give it back if I didn’t ask for it. Other then that the hotel was nice and clean and the housekeeper was great!

The rooms were clean and well kept, although the oversized furniture in the room made it feel cramped. The bed was comfortable. Although the motel is close to a major freeway, traffic noise was minimal. It was very easy to get from the motel to shopping and dining.

I mean, yes it's a cheap hotel, but it was VERY clean, had all the standard amenities, and we had no problems asking for more towels. I loved the tea selection! The only downside is, there's no pool :(

Gave my room away. Did not honor my reservation. Arrived around 6pm. That is really not that late my rational standards. Had driven hundred of miles and was exhausted. Only cares about profit and filling rooms. I think this philosophy of doing business is an affront to what I am used to experiencing on Expedia.
