Staff was super nice. Location was a plus. Room and halway carpeting could use a good cleaning as there was severe staining

I love this hotel.. staff super nice and everything so sanitized and clean. They have sanitizing stations and are COVID ready in my opinion.. also doesn’t hurt that they give you hot cookies anytime available at the front desk! :)

I think it says more about a place when something doesn't go as planned, than when it does. Our ice bucket was half full of water amd speckled with fuzzy growth. The manager got us a fresh one and bought my family breakfast ($75!) the next morning for the trouble. A+++ If something goes wrong, these guys will absolutely make it right!

It was an ok stay for a short trip but they still have lots to learn.our tv turned on by itself in the middle of the night and would not turn off I called someone and they didn't show up until a few hours later.housekeeping was so late in the day and on my last day. The positives were how nice the staff was and how nice the hotel looked.

The air conditioning was horrible to much noise, barely slept. But overall confortable, well located, good price

It was awesome everyone was great. The front desk was great with me and my family ( Nesta, Magaly, Fernando and Deryan. I would truly recommend and would stay again

The staff was nice and the lobby was very clean but the room is out-dated. It's time for a renovation if you're going to call yourself a 4-star hotel. Also, we ordered food from the restaurant (AKA room service when COVID wasn't an issue). The food was terrible. It was very greasy and just thrown in the to-go box.

Nice property, location and cleaness. Have a free parking. Recomended
