Uncomfortable due to the dog of other customer. It’s be better if hotel not allows any pets.

The hotel is very clean and very comfortable. However, be careful checking in! The staff does not check IDs and when I checked in, they gave me a key to someone else’s room. It was not a computer issue, it was done without checking my ID and without confirming my reservation. The next morning the manager Gladys, harasses us by calling and coming to our room, without a mask, because the night staffer did not confirm payment. She also does not wear a mask and removed it to speak to me. She was also extremely rude, when the fault was on them.

Nice clean quiet room. Staff was helpful and coffee was hot and 24/7. Sadly, breakfast was limited due to Covid restrictions, but they were still trying to make it workable.

No rooms were available at check-in Front Desk said he would call us when ready nothing went back 2 hours later which is already 5 still not ready. Finally get checked in had a couplr walk into our room said they were just given our room. Then around midnight frint desk calls asking who in the room. Went to check out in the morning and frint desk said he never had us checked in but our card was already charged. We asked why he said the guy took our payment but he didnt assign us a room. Now its 3 days later and we were charged double on our card. This was our worst experience. Not a happy traveler

Check in was horrible and very impersonal "Sign her You need a wake up call? " ect. Bed was beyond uncomfortable and room was so plain and dirty No coffee maker just nasty. Kids running around upstairs all night and morning No BREAKFAST

Room was sealed for cleanliness which was comforting. The room smelled good and surfaces looked clean. No complaints.

Everything was great, except when we arrived at midnight, the desk clerk had no mask on the entire time he checked us in, and the woman mopping the floor had her mask pulled below her mouth. Really?

It was a clean new hotel. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was a grab and go. I would stay there again.
