Not a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Need to step it up

We were super excited about our stay at Le Barn. The staff was super nice but seemed short staffed. At dinner we waited 30 min just to receive our drink order. The next evening they never mentioned they would not be serving dinner at all because of a private function being held. The woman at the reception was very apologetic and we asked for a cheese tray to be made for us. Which they did. It is a beautiful location but you can’t just jump in your car and find a near by restaurant to dine. There should have been a sign at breakfast that morning or notice of no food service that evening. Our room was cleaned the next day but no clean towels were left. We needed to call. No hot water for shower the first evening. We called and was corrected the next day.

Overall very nice experience in this hotel - perfect for families with young kids or sport addicts as there are bicycles or good run circuit around the Barn

Awesome opportunity. Rent a car.

Awesome. We feel so lucky to have stayed here at le barn. We went horse back riding. The small towns with their bskeriesband pubs along with local grocery was beyond awesome. And still drove into Paris and saw the sites. Never would have thought to experience the area if we hadn’t booked here. We feel we had a rare, opportunity.

Early days

Hotel only opened 2 months. Cannot comment on outdoor activities as only stayed one night. Room v. Comfortable but missing small touches like water in the room and milk for tea etc. Staff v.helpful. OK for a couple of nights but guess some organisational wrinkles still to be sorted.

Fabulous setting and beautiful hotel.

Really stylish and modern hotel. Rooms are beautiful and very clean. Really comfortable beds, pure white linens, great bathrooms and toiletries. Outdoor and indoor seating areas are really well done. It has the design quality of an upmarket boutique hotel. Menu was limited - out of 4 starters one had run out and some of the vegetables had also run out. Starter of soup and the both fish dishes were delicious. But both dishes served with an odd mix of the same vegetables with an overwhelming taste of lemon grass so it was disappointing overall. The prices cannot be justified with this quality. The staff are clearly new and need more training. Reception staff were polite but the welcome wasn’t very warm or friendly and they did nothing to sell the hotel or its facilities. Plans of the site, a lunch menu which isn’t last nights dinner menu, more visible information on the bikes, horse riding, cycling or walking trails etc are much needed. I am sure it is all planned and will be introduced as the hotel matures. Flights from Orly are frequent and loud.

Grosse déception

Nous étions à la recherche d’un refuge familial pour les week-ends mais ce ne sera pas le Barn, hélas! Cadre sympa mais sous un couloir aérien (pas très gênant ceci dit en ce moment). Propreté pas au niveau alors que le ménage est supposé renforcé, gestes barrières non respectés par l’intendance (3 interventions dans notre chambre sans masque en pleine 5e vague), room service seulement pendant les heures d’ouverture du restaurant (donc pas idéal pour des enfants en bas âge), chauffage défectueux dans la suite la plus chère de l’hôtel. J’ai beaucoup aimé la déco par contre, et la literie est très confortable! Par contre à ce prix là, le rideau de douche un peu jaune en bas, c’est difficile à accepter. Le petit déjeuner est plutôt correct (chocolat chaud à proscrire en revanche), les repas sont bons mais un peu simples (et chers…). Le room service se fait dans des plats en carton, pas très chic! Le personnel est très aimable en revanche. On a quand même eu un problème au moment de la facturation : on nous a annoncé des communications téléphoniques à 1 euro l’appel entre la chambre et la réception… avant de nous dire que ce n’était pas exact.

Magnifique!

Excellent séjour, cadre très agréable, idéal pour un moment en famille avec jeunes enfants.

Arrivati in serata, accoglienza tiepida anche se cortese. Ristorante purtroppo già chiuso, quindi solo servizio bar (senza scelte). Camera bella e silenziosa, letto molto comodo. posizione isolata ma incantevole
