Overall good hotel.

Good location in front of bakery. Good staff but not free parking. Quiet area. Bed too firm. Tiny room. Decent public bath.

Great hotel new New Chitose Airport.

This was a wonderful hotel to stay in the night before we flew out of New Chitose airport. The check-in was smooth and both folks who helped us spoke English. We added breakfast at check-in and that was a good plan- it was nice and relaxing. The beds were wonderful, air-con worked well, and great bathtub. It was 10 mins from car rental. I would stay here again if in Sapporo.

The hotel is very clean and pleasant. They don’t provided the usual complimentary mineral water but that’s easily manageable as the 7-11 is just a few walk away from the hotel.

Amazing Airport hotel

The hotel is very near to the airport and is very ideal place to stay in when you have a very early flight the next day(as downtown Sapporo is almost an hour away by bus and 40mins by train). The hotel is quite new for me and is very clean and the beds are comfortable. Check in was quick. The lady was very knowledgeable and can converse well in english. She was also very accommodating unlike the guy who checked us in who is a little arrogant. There is a motomori near the hotel that sells yummy hokkaido milk cake (you should try it!) and a 711 across the street. But a few mins away there is an Aeon mall and a little further is a small aquarium for the kids. All in all, this place is a great option for an airport hotel. Will definitely book this hotel again when we return to sapporo.

Modern hotel near airport

Finally after a week in Hokkaido visiting different cities and staying in various hotels, the room here is the largest and most beautiful. It is not my first time staying in the Chitose area having stayed in other hotels in the vicinity. The downside of this hotel is that it is quite a walk from the Chitose station - about 15 minutes walk in the hot summer weather whereas the other hotels were much closer to Chitose station but were older and dated. I think it might take longer to walk in winter with all the snow. So you might consider a cab from the airport or from Chitose station if you have a large luggage. The pedestrian path is rough and rocky and it is tough to pull my luggage along (although it’s a small cabin size). Nonetheless when I got to the hotel I was greeted with the modern lobby and warm welcome at the reception. When I got to my room however I was upset that there was no bottled water provided and I was thirsty and sweaty. Thankfully I brought my own. Room decor was nice and modern with a tablet provided giving visitors information about the hotel and its surroundings. Aeon mall is a 10 minutes walk away for last minute shopping and has a small food court serving Japanese food at reasonable prices. On the last day I did my last minute shopping and found myself having too many bags. I asked if there’s any shuttle, there were none but the receptionist recommended the public bus costing just 210¥ straight to the airport which was very convenient! So happy.
