Everything was fantastic. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a very convenient location. I will stay here again!!!!

I was soo disappointed for the money that was paid for this hotel. The bathroom smelled like weed. I informed the front desk and was told that they'll make a note of it. I killed 2 small bugs in there as well. The bed sheet had something black all over it along with long black hair. My hair is short and blonde. The water from the shower barely came out due to the shower head being clogged up and the bottom of the shower has black stuff in the corners of it.

Due to Covid, the dining options were limited but the server really tried to be helpful. Unfortunately there was confusion on our morning of checkout as we had the do not disturb sign out as we were sleeping in but housekeeping was misinformed that we had already checked out. The rapped on the door at the same time they shoved the door open and scared the crap out of us. Thankfully we had the doorstop on so they couldn’t open the door all the way. Later the front desk called to see if we were there as they thought we had checked out. Check in was easy and the beds were very comfortable

While the room appeared to be clean, nothing in the room or hotel described covid related sanitization. Several sanitizer stations at entrances and elevators were empty. Entrances did state that masks must he worn in public places, however a group of 5-7 unmasked people were sitting in the lobby next ro check-in.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional. The restaurants limited free breakfast was good. The location was convenient to restaurants and shopping. We would stay there again.

The stay was excellent and the breakfast was really good. The staff is really friendly and the pool is heated!

It was very easy to get in and out! Staff was very friendly and helpful! Will definitely be staying here in the future!!

Complete staff very friendly and professional. Had an omelette the veggies in omlette were cooked perfect . Kristy my server was pleasant and attentive . I’m in hospitality and this was excellent . I will be back
