Tru by Hilton Fort Wayne, IN

I have stayed here several times in the last couple years. Willing to pay a couple extra dollars for the amenities and very nice breakfast. With Covid19 in play the breakfast was greatly reduced as expected. Everyone at the facility has always been top-notch. Nice place, predictable quality.

Front Desk staff was friendly, I found the beds to be small for a queen, seemed more like a double (full size) bed. My party consisted of 3, room had 1 chair, so we had to take turns eating . I was not particularly fond of the layout of the room.

Very clean and staff was all very nice. Patrick went above and beyond when help was needed. Breakfast was very nice even with covid restrictions.

Very nice hotel. There was a school with many high school kids there. They did not were masks the whole time. This was very concerning during the COVID pandemic. The staff did mention to them to put the masks on but could use some help enforcing the rules when the guest's parents did not seem to care. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I was a little worried about staying during the pandemic, but the hotel was clean and the staff was great. I love that the hotel was new, so the decor was cute and trendy!

the hotel staff was absolutely amazing - both gentlemen that are front desk are fantastic and deserve to be recognized.

I love the modern touches that the hotel provides, but the walls are very thin. I could hear noises all around me all night long!

Very clean and functional; perfect value for the cost.

Walls were pretty thin. Could hear snoring next door. Could also hear walking above me. Kinda miss carpet. Bed was great. Shower/ bath was very nice. After a long road trip I enjoy a cup of coffee. I don't know if AM only coffee is normal or covid. I would stay again. I hope next time to enjoy your whole breakfast menu.
