Facility is good and new condition. No attracting nearby. Easy access for 7-11 and KFC. People here at hotel are willing to help. (One point is although this area claim to be Makati but still far from these malls. Consider is not that safe in the evening.

It was good! Unfortunately, i think the you have to get check your bedsheets if stained or not. Overall, the room is comfortable and the staff are all accommodating. Food for room service was very good! I commend the chef 👍

This hotel is great for no frills business travel. The room is clean, beddings are nice and toilet has a nice touch on mirror lighting. WiFi internet is @10mbps. Overall the hotel is pleasant but inconvenient in finding places to eat and it is far from the main shopping areas. I was on the second floor and can be noisy. As mentioned by others who reviewed this hotel, if management would provide blocked out curtain liners, (not sure if provided in other rooms) it would add to having the experience in this hotel much more satisfactory. Lastly, improve your hotel signage, a bit difficult to find.

Staff and check Inn process was great. Location is marginally out of the way, not in the heart of makati, but a decent property to stay at a good value for money.

This property was very comfortable for the most part. the room was clean, spacious, and had a very warm feel to it. The bed was comfortable and the view was ok too. I felt like maybe we overpaid a bit for the restaurant and load of laundry, but these are all optional amenities. The buffet breakfast was quite good overall.

Their terrace roof garden is very nice. Wish they had an air-conditioned enclosure for use during hot days in afternoon

A/C units in 2 rooms would not cool enough, seems maintenance is lacking for a new hotel
