It was a nice short stay in beautiful Hakone but the hotel is up a very big hill that is very dark after 4:30pm sunset.0

Very nice stay overall. The dinner courses were delicious, and they served many interesting, seasonal Japanese dishes. Very good quality sashimi. Room was clean, with nice view of the garden. Friendly and helpful staff. It was raining when we checked out, but the staff very kindly gave us an umbrella to take with us. Facilities are a little old, however.

Beautiful place with lovely hot onsen. Amazing traditional dinner and breakfast. Free coffee in reception and shuttle back to Gora. Only downside was slightly hard futon and no blinds to block light coming from front path (but this turned off about 11 PM). Highly recommended.

Fantastic stay! My friend and I booked what I would call a honeymoon suite on the 3rd Floor (Luxery Room, Private Bathroom, Twin Beds). The room was massive and had a private soaking tub on our balcony. Another great added bonus was that they provide shuttle service from Gora Station. We just used the pay phone when we arrive and the driver was there within 5 minutes. If you're feeling adventurous, it's also easy to take the funicular up the mountain a couple of stops and then do the very short walk to the hotel. Our room also had a spectacular view of the mountains, even on a rainy day. Would highly recommend this hotel!

今回の旅館での宿泊が思ったよりも良かったです。用意された部屋も非常に綺麗で、チェックインの際の対応も良かったです。日本人国籍の方々としては温泉のお湯が少しぬるいかもしれませんが、外国人としては完璧です。 また朝ご飯も非常に美味しいかったです。

24時間使えるコーヒーマシーンがあったのはよかったです。サービスも非常に丁寧な対応でした。ただ残念だったのが温泉の温度がぬるかったです。温泉を楽しみに行ったのですが温度が低いため体が温まった気がしませんでした。

ゴキブリが出ました。係員に言ったら、開口一番「生きてますか？」と言われ、謝罪も無く、部屋を替える訳でもなく。最終的には「生き物なので管理しきれません」だそうです。加湿空気清浄機の汚れも酷くて、あれでは部屋中に菌を撒き散らしている様なもの。 食事も期待できず、キャンセルしました。 割引等もありませんでした。

C'est ok mais pas ouf. C'est super cher pour la qualite du service et les services. Genre on peut teouver des airbnbs autour de 20 euros la nuit contre 150 euros dans cet hotel. Les seuls trucs en plus de l'hôtel sont un kimono et un petit petit-déjeuner pas ouf non plus... 130 euros de diffence par nuit quand meme !

スタッフの対応もよかったです 御飯も美味しいかった

スタッフさんの対応も良く、きれいに維持できていました。欲を言えば、露天風呂が、一般浴室にあれば良かったです。
