The hotel was lovely, the bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. Breakfast was good and staff were very attentive. The welcome drink was delicious! We would highly recommend.

The people were so wonderful to work with. we wanted to take a personal tour of Havana and of course we needed COVID testing to return to our country and the staff went out of their way to make it all happen..... phone calls were made, continuous checking to make sure everything was acknowledged I have never been treated so royally...... muchos grasias :)

Very Nice Hotel to Stay

We stayed there two nights a few days before Christmas. It is really a nice, clean and safe hotel, and was as shown in the pictures. Reception was very helpful with everything and rooftop patio was amazing. Tip for future travelers: 1. Taxi from the Hotel to Old Havana costs 300-500 CUP depending on negotiation ($10 max does the job too - 1 USD is worth up to 60 CUP in the street)

Guard who greeted me and guard who was working the other shift both treated me as I was disturbing their “peace” and making passive-aggressive remarks. I felt like I was being treated as a second-class human by guards.

Incredible homely stay

We had the most wonderful week spent at this property. The ladies working on reception were extremely attentive and helpful when offering advice on places to visit. The breakfast was well rounded and very high quality.

Myself and my partner loved staying here at the beginning of our travels round Cuba. The hotel made sure that there were staff there to welcome us, even though we didn’t arrive until 01:00am. The room was beautiful and clean, as was the bathroom. There was a lovely rooftop bar and a little pool. And breakfast every morning was fantastic. This was only made even better by the amazingly attentive staff. Yanexty went above and beyond to make sure that our trip in Havana was perfect. She took the time to sit down with us and explain the best places to go, helped us organise transport and made sure she was available if we ever needed anything at all. She was honestly amazing. We would recommend this place to every one we know, and if we’re ever back in Cuba we will definitely be staying here again!
