It was great, the hotel parking is currently unavailable due to construction on a new parking structure, but there is a parking structure across the street which you can include in the cost of your room $10 for 24 hours so not bad

Overall the hotel is really nice, clean and great central location. Only challenge is the construction makes parking a little hard.

It was an enjoyable, relaxing stay.

We stayed for a dance convention and the hotel was convenient, clean, and very well-kept. Very pleased!

This is a nice hotel. Rooms are nice and loved the true black out blinds/curtains. The only complaint is the non-existent place/circle drive to check in and unload your belongings. It’s a nightmare to navigate and almost impossible to not get parked in by someone else. Also, the “grab and go breakfast” is a joke for $5. It’s worse than most continental breakfasts at cheap hotels and there is a $5 fee to get it. I’d skip the breakfast until it goes back to “normal” after Covid. It is in a great area and lots to do around it. Will be helpful when the parking is done for sure.

Too many restrictions. We weren't aloud to sit in the lobby, breakfast was meager, cold cereal, hard boiled eggs and muffins was basically it. And you had to take it to go. No pool, no open bar. For the price there were few perks to staying at this hotel. I will stay at the Marriott across the street when I return.

Nice hotel. Good room, good bed, nice shower, lousy parking situation

The hotel itself was great, clean, new, ideal location. Good service, friendly front desk. Unfortunately we had elephants in the room above us. Either the construction of the hotel was cheap and bad, or the people above us (room 411 on Nov 30th) didn't know how to discipline their kids. We had to call front desk at 9pm about the noise, and then at 6:30am it started again for TWO hours. We were in Provo for medical appointments and drove 5 hours to be there. My husband who was ill needed his rest. It's disheartening to know that there are parents out there who have no sense of courtesy, respect or mindfulness for the sake of others.
