Holiday Inn Express and Suites Houston Westchase - Westheimer

I stayed here for work and i loved every part of my stay.

It was cool. Front desk was quick and helpful but not aware of the 75 extra deposite.

Terrrible

Stay was good except was little dissatisfied with the breakfast menu, which contained only some frozen sandwiches, nutri bars and oatmeal packets. If this was due to COVID then at least it could have been mentioned somewhere on the website or during booking.

We reserved are stay here when we went to go check in the guy told us they didn’t have any bed available for a family of 5 I told him we reserved about 2 months ago he told us I don’t know who you reserved with but he haven’t had suites available since 3 months good thing I wasn’t charged for the stay there

After checking in we went to the room and looked around. Bathroom floor wasnt clean. Room smelled old. There was white stuff on our clothes after getting out of bed. The next morning we discovered that the towels were not clean enough for us to use so we didnt. We didnt get any sleep cuz it was noisy in the hallway, the room above us sounded like they was dragging furniture around, and it sound like they were drag racing half the night. I was very disappointed with my stay.

Besides the little visitors we had (roaches) it was okay.

The front desk person was not at all friendly or even nice-this is typical at this location-the gals they hire are not happy people, the guy working was very nice the second day. The room had not been dusted very well, which worries my about Covid issues. The toilet seat was broken and hard to stay on, thought I was at a rodeo. It was obvious they knew about the toilet as they tried to fix the bolt that hold the seat on, bit use makeshift parts. If somebody older had used this seat it would have been a problem as the seat completely shifted off the rest of the toilet- unbelievable that a maintenance worker would be this bad??

We stayed two nights. Requested housekeeping 3 times and were told to hey were behind. Housekeeping was never done.

We did not have hot water for 2 full days, the room was not thoroughly cleaned, room phone did not work, and no housekeeping for 2 days!!!!
