Terrific stay at a lovely home
Wonderful experience at the Governor’s Inn! The room was impeccable and the service was prompt and friendly. Definitely spend the extra few bucks to upgrade to the Governor’s room so you can enjoy the balcony!

Very cozy, quiet historic home with loads of character and comfortable accommodations. A great option for those looking for a more subdued, relaxed stay in Ashland.

Having a bed and breakfast alternative as compared to pther ivernight options on thenareanwas really refreshing. The staff was incredibly accommodating and the location is super convenient.

A beautiful old home, finely furnished, very clean, nicely decorated for Christmas at the time, with wonderful friendly hosts Tina and Alan. We had the Presidental Suite and it was great. Had dinner at a great restaurant called The Winchester, just a 5 or 6 block walk from the house. We will definitely stay here again when traveling in this area.

I love the location. It’s less than a block to Central Park, and three blocks to Winchester Avenue, the heart of Ashland. It’s located on Bath Avenue, the city’s historic street where many of the town’s early elite built mansions. The owners are great. Tina always makes me feel like I’m being welcomed home. This is my number one choice when I visit Ashland.
