The propery was pretty run down compaired to the pictures. They had my name wrong when we got there so we were concerned we would have to.find another place. The gentleman that was there to help was amazing always checking if we needed anything! And tgat about made up for any short comings at the property

The room had an amazing seaside view: it is the ultimate paradise outside of your windows! Considering the area, we felt this was a perfect location and room! TY and his sister are attentive and pleasing, Ty was always sure we didn’t need anything and so kind and friendly! He sprayed for sugar ants when I saw them upon check-in: took care of it immediately. A hammock to nap in on the porch, sand forever, friendly hosts and neighbors, food/drink within steps of our door… we could not have found a more perfect vacation!! I don’t need super-glam… just an experience I will never forget and this place provided the best 50th celebration! Even Ty participated! We will be back someday!

Dated property and very basic but the staff is amazing and the location is perfect. Get the beach front unit. Amazing view from the patio. Go into it knowing what you paid for it and it's a good value. Not luxury but worth every cent

These Cabanas fulfilled our need for an affordable place right on the beach and close to the action! We had exceptional friendly service from Shelly and Ty and soaked up the perfect sunbathing on the groomed beach in front, and local shops and delicious food right along the sidewalks. The cabanas are rustic and reminiscent of older Canadian lake cabins;) so keep your expectations in check and enjoy the porch hammock, sunny beach and lively music next door.

The staff were friendly and overall the property was nice. However, the room was in need of repairs. The bed sagged, the shower was tiny (barely enough room for an adult), they only provided tiny soaps, and there were bugs (roaches & fire ants). They are also right next to a very loud bar, so be prepared to be disturbed until late at night on the weekends. The one good thing is that they right on beach.

Park on street or in public lot and walk. AC works. Odd people that are not staying here sit in the yard on property. You get what you pay for. This is inexpensive.

I enjoyed the location, beach and view. It was easy to get around Placenia, walking or by golf cart. I did think the walls on our unit were to thin and the party in the a joining unit were quit noisy.

The location is great but my cabana's A/C was not working properly. I couldn't stay in my cabana when the sun was up because it was so hot and uncomfortable. Wish I would have chosen somewhere else.

Our hosts were awesome!!! They helped us with all our needs!!! The cabanas are very close together and very, very rustic! Lights were not work and I shared my cabana with ants. My AC wasn’t working in my first cabana and I was moved to the cabana right by the beach. What a view!!!! If you don’t expect hotel standard and don’t mind that the cabanas are right next to a restaurant/bar then it’s a great place to go. Walking distance to all restaurants, grocery stores and other activities.
