The Falls Hotel & Inn

The employees were very helpfull. It was very hard to find the hotel if you come in from the hwy side. But the view of tge falla was perfect.

I booked in this closed hotel? and you let me know you changed my reservation on the last day with out my consent? Who asked you to change me. That class was totaly different from the one I booked. Infact you messed up with my family's vacation.

When we arrived at our hotel there was a note on the window saying that our hotel was under renovations and that we were being moved to a different location 15 minutes down the road away from everything. This hotel was under renovations when we made our booking but Expedia failed to tell us this. The only other option we were given was to cancel the reservation but we had all ready driven there. As the hotel was not walking distance to the strip we had to spend hundreds of dollars on Ubers. The sink drain was also clogged, the was no cold water, and the bathroom fan did not work. When I called Expedia to complain I was hung up on 3 times and put on hold for over an hour. After wasting all that time I was told to make a review here. As of now Expedia has not handled the situation very well and I am extremely dissatisfied with the trip, it seems like false advertising to me.

We booked at their sister hotel and were switched to this site. They said it was an upgrade! More like a downgrade. The other hotels have new clean rooms and located right by Clifton hill where we want to be. Our room was old and dirty. It was not made up the second day. It was a 20 min walk to clifton hill. The river view was blocked by trees. So disappointed.

The hotel is over all good but there was no housekeeping we stayed there for two nights but the room was as it was. Maybe, due to COVID-19 they might have changed the policy for everyone's safety but rather than that everything was good.

The view was incredible! We were transferred to the Oakes Hotel and our room was amazing!

The Falls Hotel and Inn will be Closed until August 15. The owner notified us with plenty of time and offered us a room in their sister hotel The Oakes Hotel on Fallsview. The stay was fantastic, everything was clean and comfortable and the staff, who are working extra hard during COVID, were awesome.

Excellent view of the river, room was immaculate and staff was friendly. Only complaint was lack of coffee machine in the room, which is entirely understandable during stage 3 of a pandemic.

Caught the shape of a face in the mist, that is the expression on ours faces when we found out we were moved to a different hotel. Happy we received an upgrade.
