Great Place
The property is in a very safe location. It has 5 rooms, so you won't have to deal with lots of noise. What makes this place great is the excellent is the service. Fernando was an outstanding host and provided transportation to and from the airport. They make you breakfast every morning.

Female solo traveler here. I needed a safe place to spend one night before my flight out the next day. This place is great--clean, quite, and super convenient to the airport. It's in a secure gated area. The staff are helpful. Breakfast was great. I would stay here again coming or going from Guatemala City.

Mariana's Petit Hotel was like a little Bed & Breakfast. The home was is a safe, gated community near the airport. The grounds were nicely maintained and the terrace was beautiful.

Very clean, very quaint, very pretty. The upstairs patio and garden are beautiful. Water is hot for shower, and there is a fan in the room (#5). Breakfast was local and delicious!

Quick stay over
Hotel room was clean, windows open for air since there was no air conditioning, a floor fan was provided, temperature was comfortable for July. Heard dogs barking often during the night in addition to airplanes coming and going. Coming to breakfast the table was set nicely for the number of guests however, the sliced fruit plates appeared to have been set out for some time, there were many little flies around and on the fruit. The main hot eggs and coffee were very good. There is nowhere to get food or drink nearby, be sure to bring what you need. It's an ok place for a quick overnight stop to or from the airport. Just not for me to do again.

The home is nice and neat. Patio was neat. Very warm. Fans didn’t work real well. Very few outlets.

I liked the family owned business from their home. Extremely hot H2O, nice clean room & the outside upstairs patio with flowers. I had a huge excellent breakfast that helped me not to need lunch before going to the airport. They provided a paid taxi to take me to the airport 1 mile away. I will stay there again when visiting Guatemala City. Dawn
