Sandman Signature Aberdeen Hotel & Spa

This hotel was a great 'find' for us and we enjoyed our stay. Decor was quirky and interesting, rooms very comfortable with a wet room (so easy to use) , large beds and very available facilities in the room (eg plugs, TV etc). The breakfast was a little shaky on day two, with the hotel trying to make everything very 'socially isolated' but trying a bit too hard, so we were shown to our seat and told we should wait to be taken to the food area but then forgotten about. Breakfast food very good, though, and the hotel generally, and central location much appreciated.

Very clean, modern hotel with great bar and restaurant. Staff are helpful and really friendly. Spacious room with very comfortable bed.

Stunning hotel lovely staff can’t wait to go back

This was our 3rd stay at this Hotel, usually can’t fault it, find it luxurious. This stay we required to bring our dog as he was awaiting surgery, we were allocated room 125. Whilst I appreciate there will be specific rooms for dogs the whole corridor smelt damp?? Our dog doesn’t shed hair and makes no mess, I just feel we got a substandard room as we brought our dog, which also incurred an additional charge. There were coffee stains under tea tray.

Overall the stay was okay, room was roasting with no choice of air conditioning or ability to open the the window. Breakfast was poor eggs seemed powdered. The second day we waited 20 minutes after our wait time to get into the restaurant and it seemed understaffed with only 3 people working ( one running about doing pretty much everything) whilst one prepared toast and the other person just Did dishes ect could have definitely done with a few more staff

Lovely Hotel, very central for all amenities. Highly recommend. We had a suite which was great and ideal when you're staying for more than 1 night. Would certainly stay again.

The property was very clean and felt safe and comfortable during my stay. The only thing that was a downfall to me was no free parking.

Very comfortable and well equipped room

We enjoyed our stay immensely the room allocated was spacious and clean and very comfortable which allowed us a very enjoyable nights comfort. We booked a table in the hotels restaurant (chop) and had a fantastic eating experience with amazing staff interaction which made us feel welcome and will be our first choice hotel when next require one in Aberdeen.

Lovely stay and beautiful room. We were upgraded to a suite which made our stay even better. Breakfast was included but due to COVID there were rules in place which was understandable. The choice of cereals snd fruit was not good however.
