Staff is not very friendly, food in menu not available , first Floor smell like an ashtray, even when the hotel is supposed to be fee of smoke

Don’t go to this hotel. Your life will be at risk. They extort people here. My passport information was given to someone in the cartel and they called our room, got put through by the front office, and the guys first acted like government officials. Next, they knocked on our door after claiming they were coming up to get us with guns. Worst experience of my life.

Estoy sumamente complacida por la atención el hotel está impecablemente limpio y el personal es sumamente amable, las instalaciones y la decoración es bellísima, así como las habitaciones, están cómodas y sobre todo los detalles y muchas ventajas que te ofrecen para hacer una estancia agradable, sin duda se los recomiendo. Cercas de todo y fácil acceso. MUCHAS GRACIAS

Muchísimas gracias a todo el personal del Hotel Baruk por todas sus atenciones durante mi reciente estadía. Llegue sola a GDL a operarme y me trataron como familia. La recamarista llegó una hora antes de su turno para asegurar que mi habitación estuviese limpia cuando regresara del hospital. El staff de la cocina aseguraron que tuviera los alimentos deseados. Los caballeros de la entrada, los “porters” me ayudaron y acompañaron a mi habitación preocupados que no cargara nada. Julio de recepción que es nuevo al hotel, fue de lo más amable y profesional. De verdad las atenciones que recibí me hicieron llorar, pues completos extraños me trataron con tanto respeto y empatía. Nunca olvidaré lo que hicieron por mi. Les agradezco a cada uno de Ustedes su amabilidad y atenciones.

great hotel, very clean, staff polite, attentive and profesional

It was ok ... so much time in the waiting line to check in and we were only two people on line .... the attention was bad also to check out they didn’t respect your place give another people preferences

Very relaxing place to stay. Pool was closed but everything else was awesome

The hotel is great with as modern look, the room is spacious and the staff is very friendly.
