Hilton Garden Inn Gastonia

Awesome helpful kind staff all of them. Clean fresh look and feel excellent room best sleep bed bedding pillows towels! Everyone so pleasant. Exercise equipment pool wonderful. Best omelet and bacon breakfast!

The staff could use a refresher course in customer service. Some staff were defensive with an anti-guest mentality. I can understand a bad day, but don’t take it out on the guest.

This hotel is fantastic and in the perfect location. Shopping and restaurants surround this property. The interior and rooms are one of the nicest i have seen in a Hilton property. I highly recommend this hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay

Terrible area did not stop because it looked unsafe!!

No breakfast, even though breakfast was advertised. They didn't have grab and go items either. No housekeeping each day, ran out of toilet paper and towels. Half of the staff were polite, other half were rude. Will not be staying here again.

Nice hotel, bed was not what i am use to at a hilton. Our room was close to highway and could hear the noise. Neighbors were very loud. Restaraunt was closed but still put a 50.00 hold in case we charged something to the room which was odd. But it was a convenient location and good restaraunts around the hotel would be great for business trip
