A FILTHY GROSS DISAPPOINTMENT

First of all. We stay there every 2 to 3 months to visit our children. This time however they would not allow my little grandson swim in the pool with me. And I was told if he did I would be kicked out. 2nd at breakfast buffet the manager walked around to people eating telling them how long they have to eat. Now the room. After taking a shower, i went to wipe up some water that was on the floor. Upon doing so the towel was black with filth. Disgusting. Pulled down the sheets and there was crumbs in the bed. I will not be staying here anymore. What a complete disappointment. The manager was rude. Even a couple with their 2 children came out of the pool area to go to their room he went in and counted the towels they used to see if there was more than 4. All i can say is WOW!!!!!!!! Also. I wasnt allowed to have a receipt because I booked through Hotels.com which i have always gotten a receipt.

Great stay!

My stay was great! The room was nice, clean comfortable and quiet. The manager remembered me and was personable.

Pleasant surprise

What a pleasant surprise. Great location, clean. Breakfast is super nice. Room was spacious and clean! AC is quieter than most. Parking has plenty of space.

Very well kept hotel

Very good stay. Nice gym. Great staff. Lobby was excellent. Elevators very nice and clean. Stayed in king suite. Loved the shower and tv was huge with swivel. My only complaint was shower had some type of dirt around bottom of shower and a baby bottle left under air conditioner. Both small things in comparison to the excellence of the hotel. I will be staying here again.

Horrible service

My family has stayed at this property 10 times in the last 2 years and it was a favourite we have never had any complaints but this time was bad from the start every employee I had contact with was extremely rude to me and my family the 1 person at desk that seemed apologetic for being rude was almost as if he was instructed to be rude and strict I received a call from the desk at 1130pm saying we was being loud and was absolutely wrong my kids had been asleep for over an hour and me and my wife was scratching lotto tickets unless they heard my coin scratching the ticket it was not us when we was eating breakfast the entire time there was a cleaning lady on her phone complaining about her boss and cleaning up after people and when they was about to close breakfast the morning desk guy give us a 5 minute heads up but I got up as he walked away to refill my orange juice 1 last time and he literally slide a table in my way as if he raced me to block it off and said it was closed when I mentioned his 5 minutes was still left he shook his head and walked away these are a few things that stood out but definitely not my only bad interactions with these so called hospitality workers I will never visit again there is plenty of better more decent places with better service

Questionable Cleanliness

The location was great but couch in the room had stains on each cushion so I refused to sit on it. It was the first piece of furniture I saw and the marks were very clear. There is a pool located on site but that is not what crossed my mind. Also there was ice in the parking lot that wasn't being tended to. I parked directly across from the guest check-in and there was a long wide patch of ice on Friday morning and it was still there on Friday night.
