Sandman Signature Plano - Frisco Hotel

My stay was amazing. This is the best hotel that I have ever stayed at. I will definitely be returning.

Really nice and peaceful getaway for the weekend

Convenient location to area shopping and restaurants.

We booked a room due to weather, got to the hotel and it was had no power. Thinking that the power would come back on we decided to stay, walked up 6 flights of stairs and found not only no power but no water. I understand that they were in no way responsible for the weather but a phone call would have been nice before we drove for over an hour in ice.

Hotels.com accepted the reservation during a snow & ice storm and accepted payment. Upon arrival the property was closed. (After many unanswered phone calls to both hotels.com and the property) and holding for hotels.com for 2 hours. We still have no refund - hotels.com blaming hotel, hotel blaming hotels.com. Unacceptable service from both.

The hotel didn’t have an electricity at check in so they said they would call me when I could check in and that was 2 days ago so I guess I’m not staying there

We were out to look at buying a house in the Plano area. The hotel is in a great location. Large places to eat on both sides of the hotel. Places to eat and visit across the street. And a large shopping mall a few blocks from the hotel. We got caught in the winter storm and lost electricity on our last night. Staff did a good job in placing flashligts in the stairwell.

Sandman will be go to from now on, Love the location/area. The hotel itself was very clean, beds super comfy, love the bath tub along with sexy stand in shower. Beautiful hotel and staff was very welcoming and pleasant. Also love the two restaurants/bars that are attached...love the accessibility and convenience.
