The Scene Cliff View Villas

Having the pool right in front of the rooms was great. However, I think there should have been some screens separating the pool lounge areas for the different rooms. Felt a lack of privacy at times because they were all connected. Property is in a nice quite area close to food and a seven eleven.

Beautiful resort villa 10 mins from Ao Nang beach with villa's free shuttle. Great unique swimming pools for kids and adults. Great amenities for such family/kids friendly inside the room. It's much better comparing to other hotels in front of beach with their waay more expensive price. Downside, you just have to walk approx 500m from villa to main road where' there's alot of restaurants nearby. Also you can take Tuktuk/motor taxi for cheap from villa to AoNang beach if you dont want to wait for free villa shuttle (scheduled times)

Its was very beautiful, clean and cozy. Nearby to many halal eateries though you have to walk abit. Staff were very happy and friendly especially towards children!

A stunning boutique hotel sympathetically built into the natural environment.

We had a lovely stay- we discovered that our air tickets were incorrect (at the last moment) and the reception staff were incredibly helpful with trying to resolve the problem- overall a great experience.

The location was very quiet, but an easy walk into the ‘action’. Villa was as depicted in advertising and the pools and setting amazing. The staff were lovely...genuine and helpful. Loved our stay there and was one of the best resorts we have stayed in.

This is a new property so the beds are a little hard but nothing you can’t get over. Close to everything and the manager goes beyond what is required to make guests feel welcome. Only downside is the chef....he had RBF and could benefit from a customer service course or two. Ask for Ken, he and the rest of the staff are super friendly and give off a warm vibe, we will definitely be back!

A wonderful property, designed with thought and looked after with great care. Great breakfast spread. Toilets can be a bit smelly. However the pool is fantastic and the setting stunning.

Wonderful property in a beautiful setting. Beautiful pool set against the backdrop of the limestone. My 6-year old adored her breakfast. Shuttle useful, although the work is not to far. The gardens are stunning. A great stay. Only negative - the toilets in our bungalow was a bit smelly - the staff were swift to try and amend.

Beyond excellent. Staffs are very kind and friendly. The views are incredible and the whole resort is super clean. Highly recommended!
