Clean, friendly staff, fast check-in

The check-in process was super fast and we got our keys quickly. The man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! The room was clean and the AC worked well. When we needed an extra bed at night because my kids refused to sleep together, the manager kindly provided us an extra one. We would happily stay at this Best Western again!

Hotel is nice, staff is good, breakfast is just ok

Stay was good, lobby air conditioning wasn’t working but the AC in the room was cool. Continental breakfast was below average.

Worse western executive motel

Lobby air conditioning was broken. 1st room I was put in there were ants the fire alarm was going off and the kitchenette was not stocked. The evaluators were filthy and the breakfast area looked like a fly convention. Then the room neighbors started fight at 1:00 am waking up then threatening each other and me. I asked to be moved since I was no longer safe in the room because the desk person went and told them to be quiet because neighbors were disturbed before they moved me. Waited in the hot as lobby for 2 hours no room flies and then they tried to put me in a spare storage room that smelled like straight piss . So I said no so then I had to wait for Hotels.com to assist me. The desk clerk keep purposely not picking up the phone so waited until 4:30 in the am before I was back in a room that was clean and actually stocked but had a broken cracked window they were hiding. They were short staffed and unhelpful maintenance never came when called after 1:45 minutes later and on the other occasions not at all. Hotels.com was great and stayed on the phone with me but it was a horrible experience.

Didn’t care people were screaming up and down the

Group of teens running up and down the hallways screaming until 4 in the morning. Called the front desk. He said they asked them to stop and not much else they could do. I finally asked them to stop around 3:30. But then they knew my room number and pounding on the door every time they ran past. The front desk said my only option was calling 911. So I did. They stopped around 4:30, police showed up at 5:30. Worst night in a hotel I have ever had. Changed to one across town and got the best night sleep ever. Will never return

It was good overall, wait time to check in was a bit long. Wasn’t acknowledged until I actually reached the front desk. And flys where I’m breakfast area, but breakfast was great!

Horrible bereakfast

The hotel it's ok, But i didn't like some things, for example the bed was too firm i Couldn't rest. The tV does not have a guide. and the breakfast was horrible and no too many options. Besides the guy who did my check in wasn't friendly.

Friendly but over-worked

The staff was friendly but definitely over-worked. We checked in at 10pm and the person at the front desk, was still working during breakfast and checked us out at 11 am. When we arrived, he was checking people in, answering calls, delivering towels to rooms. The WiFi was non existing. Not very convenient! Our room was out to the motorway, so it was very noisy. Don’t know why we weren’t given a room on the other side of the bulding. Plenty must have been available, as there were only about 40 people staying at the hotel. The breakfast area is not very Covid friendly. Too smal, no sanitizer available and hardly anyone wore masks when helping themselves to food. Only disposable cutlery and crockery available, which does not make it eco-friendly. Food too salty.

Great Place to Stay

I would definitely stay here again. The staff was nice, the hotel was clean, the room was comfortable, and the location was good.

Works.

Comfortable location. Nice friendly staff. Breakfast was ok but not a lot available. Beds were comfortable.
