This was the most deceiving hotel I have ever been to, by the end of the trip we were at least laughing about it. You see the affordable prices and these photos and you can't wait to book and see the hotel. It just looks nice, but when you pay attention to small details, it's lacking all over. TERRIBLE breakfast. I don't even know how you fail a typical continental breakfast, but everything was so bland and disgusting. On top of that, one of the days there was terrible service on top of it. Everyone around us was agitated, not just us. This clearly shows during lunch and dinner time, the kitchen was empty every time we walked past it. No one wants to eat at this place. They only provide 2 towels in the hotel. There was no shampoo and conditioner when we got to the room. They do not provide any body wash at all. Every time you ask for water, they seem stingy about it. The staff is not pleasant and welcoming, they all look like they don't want to work there. Positives? Nice small pool with a view & gym, new building and modern design, free parking, and a lot of food options outside of the hotel.

Great location! New and perfectly clean hotel! My room was big, updated and super clean. The hotel is generally quiet and my room was sound-proofed well. The hotel is pet friendly. The only one big minus was slow Wi-Fi.

Friendly staff, the property looks new and well taken care off. The price is fare for the quality of the accommodation, and the location is extraordinary.
