Desent hotel room for the price rate you pay. Everything is clean, and efficient. I loved the fact that it had a small refrigerator, and a microwave. It comes very handy to me.

Nice and clean room ! Only thing missing was they offer no breakfast!

Noisy room. AC, and 2 refrigerators make so much noise all night. I had to unplug them all. Also they have a $60 deposit required that is not stated on Hotels.com for a 50 a night room. Makes no sense at all. They charged my card but give no proof of charge or reversal upon checkout. The staff just plays dumb when you ask for these things with their foreign accents. Hopefully I get my money back.

Overall, Magic Key Resort is exceptional. Staff courteous, professional and provided daily room service plus clean towels. However, had to get COVID-19 tested after co-worker relative tested positive. This affected my reservation, cutting it short one day. Made several unsuccessful phone calls to the hotel before the 11:00am check out time but no response. Contacted Hotel.com for assistance and described the situation. When I arrived at the hotel to collect my belongings and check out, the male at the desk was rude and unprofessional. Up to that encounter, was very pleased with staff and hotel accommodations. The gentleman at the check-out desk represents Magic Key Resort, there is no reason for rude, unprofessional behavior. Left a negative impact

HOTEL IS SMALL BUT IT IS ONE OF THE CLEANEST PLACES I HAVE STAYED FOR THE COST. EVEN THE OUTDOORS WAS DESCENT. GREAT PLACE TO STAY.
